Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Express Containers LLC ("Express Containers," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, schedule, and deliver shipping containers and related products purchased through our website or directly from Express Containers LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions.

2. Delivery Area

Express Containers LLC proudly delivers shipping containers throughout the United States, subject to transportation availability and site accessibility.

Deliveries to remote, rural, or restricted locations may require additional transit time, specialized delivery equipment, or additional transportation charges.

If delivery to your location is not possible, we will notify you before your order is processed or dispatched.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Delivery location

  • Container size and weight

  • Type of container purchased

  • Distance from the nearest delivery hub

  • Accessibility of the delivery site

  • Required unloading equipment

  • Fuel and transportation costs

  • Local delivery conditions

Delivery charges will be provided during checkout or included in your written quotation before your order is confirmed.

4. Order Processing

Orders begin processing only after:

  • Full payment has been received and verified; or

  • Alternative payment arrangements have been approved by Express Containers LLC in writing.

Estimated processing times are:

  • Standard in-stock containers: 1–3 business days

  • Modified containers: 7–21 business days

  • Custom-built containers: 2–6 weeks

Unless alternative arrangements have been approved, an adult authorized to accept delivery should be present at the delivery location.

Missed delivery appointments may result in additional transportation, storage, or redelivery fees.

7. Customer Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is properly prepared before delivery.

The site should provide:
